Just a quick note about Mary & Patrick. They rock their own worlds and ours too. That about sums them up! Here, you can see for yourself –

Just so you know, the Homestead is in the middle of nowhere which makes it cool to me.  Whipping through the mountain passes and poof! all of a sudden there is this awesome resort hotel staring at you in your face.  Bizarre yet awesome at the same time.  A perfect place for a wedding I’d say!  Mary & Patrick sure thought so and I can’t think of a better place myself.  You may recognize Mary from a previous post HERE but alas! you’d be oh so wrong.  We recently photographed her twin sister’s wedding with (imagine that!) the same results – killer pics of a stunning couple.  This was Mary & Patrick’s day and it turned out glorious with cool breezes and trees showing the beginnings of their fall colors.  We had a terrific time meeting Patrick’s family for the first time and Mary’s family again after just a few weeks apart.  Her dress from Pure English Bridal was perfect for her and the ambiance of The Homestead.  The flowers by Country Garden Florist had the Homestead look and smelling delightful. Something very special happened in June at the historic Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke Virginia.  It was a day of celebration, a wedding celebration, for Sarah & Aaron.   To start the magnificent plan in motion Posh Event Firm began to bring the amazing wedding day fairy tale vision to life.  With the flowers from Corsair Floral, linens from BBJ Linen, make up by the one and only Kate (one of our brides!) from Onyx Premiere Hair Studio and an amazing wedding cake from Wildflour Bakery it helped make the wedding day a dream come true.  The wedding ceremony went off without a hitch and the sounds of Grooveline set the tone for the evening while the cool voice of Alan Dever (one of our grooms married to the one and only Kate!) entered everyone in.  Here are just a few pics from Sarah & Aaron’s magical wedding day.
